Detailed Job Description:

24x7 GlobalScape Development and Support project, he/she is expected to work from Thursday to Monday including weekends.

Responsible and capable to interact with customer network and platform teams on GlobalScape server patching activities.

Ability to understand and adminstor Electronic File Transfer Program using GlobalScape EFT, DMZ gateway and Business Activity Monitoring and Web Portal tools.

Ensure the security of file transfers utilizing protocols such as HTTPS, FTPS, SFTP, AS2

Ability to decode and create Event rules and successful deployment in QA to Production environment.

Ability to create Power Scripts for file transfers and utilities.

Should be able to perform pre & post patching activities and validation.

Should be able to Level 2, Level 3 support and technical issue resolution for GlobalScape suite of products

Ability to capture and maintain Runtime Troubleshooting and Performance Tuning

Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Dedication to meeting deadlines and ensuring quality delivery

Should be able to work of GlobalScape Event rules and Certificate Management

Excellent knowledge in all types of EVENT Rules in GlobalScape

Excellent ability to Lead and assist with day-to-day service delivery issues and processes as required.

Awareness of incident management, change management, problem management process and Release Management

Flexibility to work on Weekend to remediate P1/Critical INC

Excellent knowledge of PGP encryption/Decryption and Keys management.

Resolve technical problems effectively and efficiently within defined SLA working with internal functional and software development teams, and external vendors to identify root causes and solutions.

Log service requests with vendors and coordinate diagnostics, requested actions and testing with functional teams.

Identify and implement system process improvements leveraging the software, best practices, automation, innovation and technology upgrades.

Contribute to the creation of Support Design Specification and Support Supplement Documents.

Provide ad-hoc reporting as required by the business.

Adhere to Customer Solution Delivery Framework, Incident Management, and Change Management procedures.

Work with project teams to understand the concepts and technical infrastructure of the to-be implemented modules/functionalities and create / document operations procedures.

Ability to manage self-workload, set and meet customer expectations.

Ensures effective shift handover.
