Test Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive test plans that address all aspects of the software. Test Case Design: Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications. Execution: Execute test cases and analyze results to identify defects, track issues, and report findings to the development team. Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to validate fixes and ensure that new functionalities do not adversely impact existing features. Documentation: Document test results, procedures, and provide detailed reports on identified defects. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of testing requirements. Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process. Qualifications: Proven experience as a QA Manual Tester or similar role. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Solid knowledge of the full software development lifecycle. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
