Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading workshops, and delivering comprehensive solutions tailored to meet specific business requirements. Required Skills and Experience: Extensive experience working with Oracle Supply Chain Planning and Demand Planning module, including implementation, configuration, and customization. 10+ years of Oracle ERP Experience with at least one full Oracle Cloud implementation including planning module. Strong understanding of supply chain and demand planning concepts, best practices, and methodologies. Proven track record in leading successful Oracle Planning implementations and delivering high-quality consulting services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and process optimization. Demonstrated experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic consulting environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Certification in Oracle Cloud Planning and Collaboration is highly desirable.
