Functions as the primary liaison between the Business and IT Project Teams on small scale projects A logical thinker who can multitask effectively, assuming the ability to prioritize and address the most critical demands first Works with a minimum level of supervision Ability to understand and document a business problem from a business and technical perspective Strong requirement gathering and documentation skill Ability to research data anomalies, track individual pieces of data, and process investigation Assists Quality Assurance team in the development of test scripts, cases, and processes until User Acceptance Sign-off Performs system configurations & change enablement documentation, and training REQUIREMENTS Experience in an Agile Scrum environment & UML Requires thorough knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software applications, i.e., Visio, Adobe, MS Project & JIRA Interpersonal, consultative, and facilitation skills Ability to effectively and concisely communicate with the business community through verbal, written, and face-to-face communications Consistently partners with business stakeholders, IT team members, and solution architects Entry to Mid-Level experience Preferred: Knowledge of Software Approval Process, Asset Management Regards, Komal Gupta | Technical Recruiter Largeton INC.
