Job Description: We are looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer with Salesforce Field Service Lightening who will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications. Your primary focus will be custom Salesforce development and integration with third-party services. You will be working with other developers and administrators in an Agile environment. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs. 2. Collaborate with other developers and administrators to develop and maintain Salesforce applications. 3. Provide technical leadership and guidance to other developers. 4. Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications. 5. Develop and maintain Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions. 6. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems. 7. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows. 8. Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and product roadmaps. 9. Work with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
