Good Experience on creating ServiceMax transactions, wizards, dispatch console views and SFM searches Experienced in Customization and developing ofServiceMaxcomponents SFM (Service Flow Manager), SFW (service Flow Wizard), scheduledSFMandSFM Data validation rules Apex, VF page, LWC, Aura component, Web service hands on experience Strong knowledge of Salesforce Objects and Data Model Solid understanding of Salesforce Standard objects and business processes around them Experience with custom integration, Salesforce Sites, API Calls Strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting and organizational skills and the ability to complete assigned work with minimal instruction and supervision Ability to identify and apply best practices, standards and SDLC concepts to all functional areas. Experience with Git and standard branching strategies. Experience with SFDC governor limits, licensing, and SFDC best practices. Experience with SFDC / Community Cloud offerings. Experience with CMS, Knowledge, and custom business processes. Familiar with Identity, SAML, and Salesforce cross-cloud integrations. Familiar with integrations with Commerce Cloud, MuleSoft, data migrations.
