Virtual WebEx Interview with Director Position Notes: Position is open to replace a current resource departing on January 20th. Position will work IST most of the time except during PI Planning in which they will work 9am- 10:30am EST. Position will be working on the EUCID Application. o Application does: authentication for card members, voice response system, and several of their portals used to service card members. Will train candidates on how application and systems work. Must Have: o Must have 5-6 years of experience. o Must be CSSA Certified (Certified Senior System Architect). o Strong communication skills and thought leadership. o Professional attitude, teamwork mentality, ability to work independently (self-sufficient), and fit well with the team. Team dynamic is flexible, partnership oriented, and all members have a drive to assist others where possible to resolve any and all issues brought to them. Job Description: Pega: 5-7 years of experience Should be CSSA certified. Should have at least 5+ years of Pega experience. Should have strong knowledge and working experience on Integration rules - Service/Connect REST, Service/Connect SOAP, Service File, Connect SQL etc. Should have strong knowledge on Background Processing rules. Should have good understanding of Data Page, Data Modelling, ECS, DB Connectivity, decision rules. Should have strong debugging skills and knowledge on debugging tools. Soft skills like good understanding of business requirements, Agile methodology, good team member etc. Strong communication skills.
