Clear and and effective communication skills including written, verbal and presentation Job Description: Seeking a senior project manager with an engineering and application background. The candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and leading complex technical projects from conception to successful implementation. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and guiding cross-functional teams of engineers, developers, and application specialists to achieve project objectives within scope, budget, and schedule. The ideal candidate is expected to possess strong technical acumen, leadership capabilities, effective risk management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and hands-on experience in data center exit projects. The candidate will be responsible for management of a single project or multiple small projects of medium to high complexity, priority, and risk. Qualifications Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 10+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Prior experience in successfully managing data center exit projects. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. PMP certification is required, PgMP preferred. Proven experience as a Project Manager in technical projects, preferably with application development and engineering components. Strong technical background and understanding of engineering principles and application development processes. Comprehensive risk management expertise, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively. Hands-on experience in managing data center exit projects. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams. Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and technical project documentation. Experience in preparing and delivering comprehensive project reports. Naturally organized with determination to deliver excellence. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
