Strong understanding and application of agile principles and processes. Coaching and mentoring team members on agile Scrum. Strong understanding of agile requirements definition including Epics, features, user stories, sizing techniques, acceptance criteria, functional and non-functional requirements, story readiness, and definition-of-done. Strong experience facilitating sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives. Experience acting as a Scrum master for more than one Scrum team at a time, including on- shore and off-shore (or remote) team members. Excellent communications, interpersonal and customer support skills.
